Heidi's photo "Mist" was selected for the Mattawoman Creek Art Center's 8th Annual All-Media Juried Exhibition. Philip Brookman, senior curator at the Corcoran, juried the show. In the car on the way to the opening last Sunday, Heidi explained that she'd had to put a price on the photo, but because she didn't really want to sell it (it had required a fair amount of tricky burning) she priced it especially high. Nonetheless, by the time we got to the MCAC, her piece had already sold.
