Deskless, clueless, buried under mountains of forms. Took an oath of office ("to uphold and defend . . .") and joined a union.

I'll be working on area studies projects like Historias Paralelas and Meeting of Frontiers. I'm very happy with that assignment, since I'll get to handle all kinds of media: rare books, manuscripts, maps, prints, and photographs.
