Saturday I organized all my black-and-white negatives and prints, including the ones from my high school classes. Sunday I scanned my first negatives, and saw no reason not to start from the beginning, with my juvenalia, if you will. Thus I present you with one self portrait at 17, with dad's Minolta (recently added to the Mirror Project):
And, from the same roll, one shot from the top of what we called the "Exorcist stairs" in Georgetown; this print would later win a regional high-school award and hang briefly in a gallery in Dupont Circle, a proud moment for the Taylor family:
